F.A.Q

When you walk into Flannel Fest you will be greeted by a warm greeting team and handed a schedule for all the events and games throughout the night. From the moment you enter you will see the front lawn filled with different games, competitions, and activities!

Why wouldn't you wear a flannel during flannel season?! We encourage you to rock that flannel shirt, but it's not mandatory.

Flannel Fest starts right at 6:00pm and goes until 8:30pm. You do not have to be on time but we encourage it so you can take advantage of all the games/activities. We will be gathering around the campfire for worship and a short message at 8pm.

We need as many volunteers as we can get! Here are the ways that YOU can get involved to make this outreach a success
Setup Crew: Setting up games, tables, chairs, fire pit, etc.

Cleanup Crew: We need a crew to help us bring everything back in and clean up the lawn

Food: Would you consider helping us by an appetizer or a dessert? That would go a long way

Game Team: Would you like to help us run a game or event? Please let us know

Judges! We need judges for our pumpkin carving contest & s'mores competition!

Prayer Team: We need people praying for this event! Specifically we need people to pray that this event would create new friendships in the church and help others

Financially: We have a limited budget and pumpkins are expensive! Please consider donating to Flannel Fest so that we can get a little extra
