Meet Pastor Andy
Lead Pastor of Crossroads Christian Fellowship
Born and raised right here in Union, Pastor Andy has been part of the Crossroads family since he was just one year old—literally growing up in the church he now leads. After 14 years of pouring into students as our youth pastor, Andy stepped into the role of lead pastor in July 2023, bringing a deep love for people and a passion for teaching God’s Word.
Andy holds a Bible degree from Philadelphia Biblical University and a master’s in counseling from Cairn University, which means he’s just as comfortable walking someone through Scripture as he is walking with them through real-life challenges. He married his high school sweetheart, Danielle, in 2015, and together they’re raising two amazing kids, Jackson and Riley, along with their very enthusiastic mini goldendoodle, Dundie (yes, named after The Office).
On any given day, you might find Andy at a local coffee shop, deep in conversation about life, faith, and what it means to live for Christ. He’s all about authenticity, and it shows in his preaching—expository, verse-by-verse teaching that’s grounded in truth and full of real-life stories, everyday moments, and the occasional hot take (spoiler: pineapple doesn’t belong on pizza and Route 22 will test your sanctification).
Before going into full-time ministry, Andy toured with his band and originally planned to pursue a career in music and production. But during those years, he discovered that what stirred his heart most wasn’t performing music—it was seeing lives changed by Jesus. That passion led him to ministry, and it’s what continues to drive him today.
His life verse, 1 Thessalonians 2:8, says it best: “Because we loved you so much, we were delighted to share with you not only the gospel of God but our lives as well.” That’s the heartbeat of his ministry.
Sundays at Crossroads, you'll catch him at the door with a big smile, trying to memorize your name, and making sure you feel at home. Because for Pastor Andy, church isn’t just about sermons and programs—it’s about family, friendship, and walking through life together.
